Thanks a lot. I was thinking about going to higher gauge strings for slide, so I guess I should try that out. What gauge strings do you use? 11, 12? Anyways, I know the tone comes mostly from the hands, and especially with slide, but a few adjustments to the equiptment never hurt anyone. :)
