My whole setup is RCA. Everything has held up for over 2 years with a little boy running around. Not very expensive either. The DVD surround sound system was $220 USD and the TV like $350 USD. I have no idea on the exchange rate or export differences but I think that should fall well within your range. If it's gonna be a bit secondary I don't think there's any reason to spend too much.
