Well good thing I did becuase I found this great video by Marc Seal where he gives a really good lesson on sweep picking. I have seen this guy on TV a lot recently on his new show. I dont know what it is. He doesnt really tell you any "secrets" that youve never heard before, but for me, he just explained it really well.
