Hi, I'm new to this forum.
My name's Rachel. I have been playing guitar on and off for short periods of time, and never really got anywhere, but I'm planning on improving my skills greatly this time around.
I will probobly have loads of stupid questions to ask you guys in the next couple of weeks, so brace yourself, heh.

Yep, welcome to the site!
With a chord book and being a beginner, I wouldn't bother with much other than the Major and Minor chords for now. It will take some time, and it'll prolly even hurt a little bit on your fingertips...but it's all worth it. Keep at it.

Vendetta you are so wellcome to this forum, like Nick said... you can't make stupid questions (that's my job around here :D ) but feel free to ask anything and I'm sure someone around here would have somethig helpfull to say bout it.

Elklandercc, I actually got this username from the movie V for Vendetta. It's a kick ass movie and makes for a kick ass username. :cool:
