I think the major change was a great move. If my son wanted to major in music I would support him but I wouldn't be thrilled with it inside. Tough way to make a living unless you're a music teacher in a school. He's working on his Bachelors in Computer programing. Wants to be a game programmer. Off Track... Anyway I think you'll have better options with your new major and don't stop playing guitar. Just play for yourself.
