It's all in the little touches like you say - managing to keep notes ringing when you mean to, and not when you don't, palm muting to accent parts of licks... like you say - power is nothing without control.

A well configured noise-gate helps though... :cool:



A noise-gate does help, but that has the side-effect of making your tone sound less organic.
