My name is extremely common and generic. Robert Miller, There are three or four pages of that name in the phone book and anywhere I go that I need to use my name, Doctor, Dentist,video store ect. It's always a process getting the right account or appointment. I guess it could be worse though. Bill smith is pretty bad too!
