There are a number of exceptional Beatles songs done acoustically on the soundtrack for 'I am Sam'. The version of 'Help' is really solid. It's slowed waaay down and it sounds great. Another one to check out for ideas is 'Paint it Blue' were a lot of blues powerhouses do covers of Rolling Stones songs. Some acoustic and some electric, but all good.
