Oh man, this is a dangerous thread. ;) As far as a I know, there is only one thing that girls can do that guys cannot; childbirth. I don't know of anything that guys can do that a motivated woman could not do as well if not better.

I think it's a question of motivation. If you love what you do, press yourself to do it better today than yesterday and even better tomorrow, anyone can accomplish great things. Regardless of their gender.

So I guess in the end, it would seem that more men are motivated to play perhaps than women. It doesn't mean they're naturally better.

I dunno, I'm just a dumb, middle-aged guy. What do I know?
