it seems easier to get a clean sound, and the pinky can mute the high E string better. i use the first finger touching the low E to mute it, and for faster switch to G barre chord.
self-taught so probably everything i do is wrong
thats how ive been playing it too, easier to barre two strings with my pinky then 3 with my ring , hope were not learning bad habits :eek: thanx for the responses guys.
