I would say that most if not all classical guitars have nylon strings these days. if you put steel strings on a classical guitar it won't sound like a classical guitar anymore.
there are two main types of acoustic guitar, classical and steel string. Steel string guitars are generally bigger and of course have steel strings as opposed to nylon.
