That chord is not an Amaj sus2 as Jolly stated.
There is not such a thing as Maj sus2. Because Suspended Second means that the third has been replaced by the second, without the major third we cannot call it major.

Added chords do not include the 7th . If you include the 7th plus the 9th you end up with an A maj9 chord.

In traditional music the Added chords did not have the third. But in modern music an Added chord is usually a triad with the extra note added i.e. (Aadd9=A-C#-E-B)
The chord as appears in your table, is an Aadd9 since the B note is forming an interval of major 9th from the root and not a second.
The arrangement of notes in your chord (A-A-C#-B-E) do not correspond to the root position or any inversion, I will call it a nice voicing for the Aadd9 chord.
