I smoke, hate the fact that I do, regret I ever started, feel like I may drop dead at any second from it. I WILL quit. Im trying to ween myself. I was up to pack and a half a day and couldn't handle coughing up Insane amounts of dark brown flegm every morning. So now I'm down to about 8 cigs a day. I'll get down to none before the years out.
