get a cheap mixer to route all your mic's through, and just connect the master out to the input of whatever connects to your computer (directly through soundcard or input device like a tascam US 122 or something). get levels all done with your mixer, and worry about actual EQing for your recording program. im in the process of recording my band's demo, and micing drums was actually quite easy. 3 mics can really do the trick if your in a pinch.
