They are the same thing. The TB4 JB is a "Trembucker" which means it's F-spaced. That means it will fit into strats and similar type guitars. Their bridges are a little wider, so they requier wider spaced pickups. Same sound, differnet size.

The SH-4 is the normal size JB that will fit into most guitars.
