I liked my first black '84 SGB1000 so much that I bought a second one a few years ago through eBay. I had installed DiMarzio Dual Sound and SCHB pickups in the first one ("Brand X", bought new in 1984), so I called the second one The Stocker. When I replaced the stock pickups with a DiMarzio Tone Zone and a PAF Pro, I changed the name to The Stalker.

Brand X is the standard by which all other guitars are measured.

The Stalker sounds killer. :cool:
