Another way is to search google for a pic, then click the pic untill you get the full white page and just the pic. IF you look at the address bar you'll see it should end with .jpg or .gif. Just copy the whole address and come back to the reply to post page. If you click on the icon below "color" that looks like a picture of a mountain, you can just paste the address of the pic in there and viola, hit submit reply.
