My main axe for the last 10 years has been an Ovation electric/acoustic cutaway. I actually hate Ovations, but I am a sucker for a deal and this was a fantastic deal. $1000 off the list price and you would buy it too, no matter how much you hate Ovations.
My main axe when I was gigging was my Guild Psychocaster (Guild S-70) that I mentioned in this thread. I have been playing it a lot in the last few days. It now has a Bigsby B5 tremolo and a fender roller nut on it as well as the mods I mentioned in the other thread.
I have a Mexican Tele that has a left-handed bridge (so the pick-up is angled the other way) and I have some major mods planned for it. By the time I am done with it, there won't be a single off the shelf Tele that I would trade it for.
I have a Gretsch Pro Jet with a Bigsby. I am going to put three TV Jones Filtertrons on it and wire the bridge and neck with a 5 way rotary switch in the PRS Custom configuration and the middle pickup with a 6 position, 4 pole switch and wire it up the same as the bridge pick up of my Guild.
I have a Gretsch SuperChet that is right now in the shop getting overhauled and hot-rodded. I am having them do the Brian Setzer mods to it with a few tricks of my own.

I had a PRS Custom that I bought new in 1990. I don't want to talk about why I don't have it any more.
I had a cheapo lefty strat strung up right handed that got stolen.
I had a guitar that I made from the leftover parts of about 10 different guitars. I gave it to my stepdaughter.
I have had others, but these are the only three that I wish I still had.

There is a beat to hell Mexican Telecaster in a pawn shop near me for $250. If the guy will take $200, I'll buy it. I will put three TV Jones Filtertrons on it and wire them all with 6 position rotary switches for a total of over 100 distinct tones. That, by the way is a whole lot of soldering.
I would like to get a Thinline Telecaster with a Bigsby. I don't know if I would put TV Jones filtertrons in it or leave the two pick ups and wire them with a six position rotary switch. Not sure yet.
I would also like to get a Parker P-36.
Lastly, I think I need to buy one of these
