I've seen videos of acoustic players tapping strings like electric guitar players do -- and I'd imagine they're all using acoustic-electric guitars when they're tapping (otherwise you would hardly hear anything). Is it just a matter of it being amped and the amp being turned up high, possibly combined with lower-action on the guitar. Can anyone verify this (see video below)?
