I have an old Dunlop CB Wah that I have been experiencing a "scratchy" sound when pivoting toward the treble (usually just past the mid- point).

This sound cuts through even heavy distortion.

It was recommended for me to clean the input and output with WD-40. It helped by diminishing the length and volume of the sound but -- heres a crappy one--
