That being said, if people misunderstand most of the things you say, don't you think it'd be a good idea to rephrase things? I don't know if you intended it but a lot of your responses come across as arrogant and sarcastic, so if you don't mean to sound like that then it would be best to rephrase things.
Finally, I don't think anyone missed the chromatic joke, but everything that happened after that just wasn't necessary. I got the message you were saying loud and clear and I was rebuttling simply with how that's not entirely true. I'm not trying to impress anyone, more so to assist the process of informing accurate information. Which is why I go to lengths to explain things in drug out posts. So there's no room for misunderstandings. At least that's the big goal.
Personally, I dont think any of your criticisms of me, and opinions in the matter have been necessary, and without your involvement the matter would most likly have long faded away. You are getting personal with me, and puting me on guard, and you dont realize that this is fun for me, I love a challenging debate, and as you can see I am merely responding to an aggressor.
For me to be sounding arrogant, and sarcastic I must responding to the same. I agree this has gone far enough. In my opinion the whole debate dose offer some educational value. A very small part in music theroy, and a part in human behaviour, and of course some in spelling. All skills needed by aspiring musicians. I hold no hard feelings, and intend to act towards you in the future respectfully if you do the same.
