Thanks for the advice.I did get a brace and will try different hand positions when i can play (hopefully) without the pain.The guitar has saved my life more than once.I truly love it.The old "don't take things for granted" saying is certainly no joke,even for what seems to be the simplest or most natural things to do......G.C.T.
