No way, if you're gonna do a theme song, do something that has energy, like the Power Rangers theme or the MacGyver theme. Too many people hate Tony Danza for that theme to be a hit. Whenever I hear that song I turn into the proverbial bull only instead of seeing red I see Tony Danza's face everywhere and I'm compelled to go "Hulk Smash" on the world.
