I work in hospitality, where we're open 24-7, 365. And I worked on Christmas. Because I don't celebrate it and in addition my family is on the other coast. So what's the point? I work and made doubletime! And since everyone else wants the day off, i get to work a double shift which equals doubletime PLUS time and a half for 16 hours of work!!!! God bless America! I also worked on New Year's and on Thanksgiving... again, I don't have family here and I'm a bigger fan of filthy lucre than significant days.

And BTW... Easter isn't a National holiday... we actually discussed this a few pages back... I was frustrated that I didn't get paid time and a half for working on Easter... oh well.

I think you missed the post where I said "do whatever you want, I don't care anymore"
You go outside and practice screaming. We'll play music while you're gone.
