The lgood thing is, with such a highend and rare guitar, had it been stolen, the previous owner would almost certainly have put the serial number out to stores, techs and everyone else who may come across such a beast...so you would surely have heard about it by now...so fair play...

and kids...thats a good reason to say "no" to drugs...can you imagine selling your guitars to get just one fix?madness

I forgot to mention that I knew the partner who's guitar it actually was. He used to play in a band a long time ago my brother told me. I have no doubt Whatsoever that it was his. He came by and also sold me a Hartke Systems power amp and a Peavy 1x18 cab and also an ADA MP-1 preamp. He looked longingly at the guitar case and said he wouldn't have sold it but he hadn't played in a few years and she wasn't doing anyone any good in his basement.
Whatever he bought with my money didn't kill him cause he's still around so I guess I shouldn't feel guilty.

and yes kids don't do drugs or soon you'll be knocking at someone's door selling all your gear.
