You may already know all of these songs , but if you review them, you'll find that they contain some of the basic jazz strumming patterns that you can apply in improvisations and jams. I don't know where there is a resource that sets out strumming patterns for you on the web, but I know there are plenty of good books that do it, if you head down to the music store.
By the way, it's nice to see another jazz player on GT. :)
