Hi Gregg. Come on in buddy. The natives are friendly, and I hear helpful too. I've been playing for 'a while' too. Are you a working (pro) musician, semi-pro in a band, or leisure player?
I saw a Yngwie 'instruction video' once at a friend's house. He said 'I will now show you a couple of licks'. He then spend the next 20 minutes, tearing up and down the board, at 500MPH. You couldn't see what the hell his fingers were doing, and when he stopped he just sat grinning at the camera.
