also, let's give it up for playing in the worship team band! yes, I know, seems hypocritical, and it is, but playing music is fun, and this is the only band I can be in right now, and it's so awesome. we're even getting really good now (we used to suck) and get compliments everytime we play now. in fact, tomorrow we will be playing amazing grace, which, christian or not, I'm sure all of you have heard at some point or another. anyway, not the most interesting song. so we're gonna make it interesting. we are setting it to the music of "House of the rising sun" and adding like a 5-10 minute guitar solo at the end, courtesy of yours truly. it's gonna be awesome, even if I'm the only one having fun :D it's my way of revenge against the singers of the band who always want to add little a capella sections... grr...
