How's your fingerpicking? If it's good, try "Duende" by the Gipsy Kings. You need to chop and change the arrangement a bit to synthesise the rhythm with the lead, considering it's you playing solo, but it's a damn good piece, not too hard if your fingerstyle chops are in shape, and it'll blow your audience away if you play it right.
