Everybody asks this question. It's called practice, dude. Your problem is probably that you're positioning your fingers in the wrong way so they mute the strings. When you practice the chord positions and get better you won't have to worry about it, until then you'll need to practice chords until the finger position is second nature. Don't worry, your fingers will learn before your head does.
