I will be the father of a brand spanking new baby boy in April. I got to name our first born and conceded the naming of our second to my wife. She has chosen Fox as the kids name. Yes it's an X-files thing. We cannot think of any middle names. So here it is have a chance to pick a middle name for my son.

Please do not try to mess with me on this one. I take my family very seriously and may become offended very easily.

So.

Fox ______ Jiron

should it somehow reflect your heritage? that would be nice.

like my middle name is my dad's middle name which is my grandfather's first name.

My first son is named for both his grand fathers, just like me. I think my wife wanted to go unique with this one. I personally don't like Fox, but it's her call and I have no say. I told her how creative this board is and how we might get something interesting. I'm looking for your best guys.

The idea has been raised but Fox Ray and Fox Lee just don't do it for my wife. Niether does her Fathers name which would make it Fox Samuel.

I would give the kid a really unique middle name, but unique without sucking. In fact, my GT username, Earthman Buck, is what my dad wanted to name me, but my mom wouldn't let him. I wish she had, I think it's a kickass name. My real middle name is Daly (pronounced "daily"). Unique, yes. But also sucky.

If it was me, I'd give the kid a name that's more of an object than a name, but nothing like "flower" (or "Daly") that's gonna get the kid beat up. Sorry I can't help more than that.

well. my middle name is ellis, but i tell everyone its elvis. its always cool to have a sweet musician/celebrity as your name-idol.

Mama Magicninja is also a father? Sounds kinda freaky. If you're looking for abstract or unique, I'm Latvian and one of my middle names is Aivars (pronounced eye-vars). It's a pretty cool name.

Some pretty good ideas in there. I like the E. initial thing that's one to work with. If I had to use my screen name I'd go with Fox Ninja Jiron. My wife would never go for it. She prolly would consider Magic because Magic Johnson is her all time fav athlete. I'm gonna wait to see if I get anymore replies, then run 'em by my wife to see what she thinks since the decision is ultimatly up to her. Thanks alot guys and if you think up anymore by all means post 'em.

Dude... the same thing happened to my family name. Back in Latvia it was pronounced differently from what it is now. Since so many generations have passed though, since the line moved to America it was altered into what it is now.

Boys name - I'm so over picking boys name... As I have two sons..

Joshua Morgan and Cole Zachary, I always liked the name Ronan as well.

Girls name I have a million of them.... But no I had to have two boys.
