Yep, went to Mardi Gras (in Galveston) this weekend. It was a blast even though it was cold (by Texas standards) and rainy. I saw Dr. John, Blues Traveler, and a really good jazzy style band called Mingo Fishtrap, to name a few. Of course I also caught some beads, saw some boobs, and a nice beer buzz. And I met Dusty Hill's sister-in-law...maybe as close as I'll get to meeting anyone from ZZ Top. Anywho, anyone go to the New Orleans version this year?
