There's no mystery to what kind of excercises to do. Simple things to get your right hand moving. Scale studies, 1234 stuff, etc. Still, I strongly suggest that you get a teacher for classical guitar. Unlike pickstyle guitar, there IS basically one accepted technique/positioning that will provide for optimal volume, tone, speed, and accuracy. Have a teacher to at least give you the basics of positioning, and hopefully to guide you through the whole process. It's tough because you have to think a lot about things that you don't necessarily think as much in rock/blues/jazz such as dynamics, tone color, tempi variations, etc. A good teacher will give you ideas about how to use these things to your advantage, as well as make sure that you develop good technique.
