CCR is basically tube amps turned up to just above that breaking point where tube saturation kicks in. Les Paul or Strat would be handy too.

Money for Nothing - Mark uses a Les Paul with the neck pickup for that one. As for amps or effects, don't know...but whenever he plays this song its on the Les Paul.
