Ok, I have a stupid question. Most guitars I have ever seen (just started after 15 years only 3 (or so) weeks ago) have a knob for the strap on each end of the body. Well, my new Alvarez has no such knob up near the neck. What the heck kind of strap do I use with this thing and why does it not have the knob? Sound reaons, etc?

Please post a link to a picture of the examples you might post. I'm lost on this one. Man, things sure change fast after a decade or so. hahaha
