Very strange. I suggest you refer to the recording setup section of the owners manual. If you don't have one, you can download one from the digitech website under support. I read it but it is too lengthy for me to post. If that does not work I suggest you contact digitech, they will be happy to walk you through it. That's my best advice, if none of that works you can still try to get help here. Hopefully someone else here has a GNX3 and can be a little more help.
