I would find a good thick peice of wood,3/4 inch thick at least. Lay it on a table, and then after removing tremlo, and other protruding objects on the top of your gutiar around the trem hole set the gutiar face down one top of the wood with the tremlo hole rite in the middle of the wood. From the back of the gutiar with the cover off use a sharp pencil to trace the tremlo hole onto the wood. Remove the gutiar. Carefully bansaw, or jig saw the tremlo hole mark on wood leaveing the line slightly for a good fit. sand paper your gutiar tremlo hole before aplying wood glue around the inside of the hole, take your sanded and fitted plug, put some wood glue on the edges and tap in flush, let dry sand and paint, and install new bridge. Id keep the tremlo though. Rock on Dude!
