I'm not sure if there is any software specificaly for that application. More than likely you'll have to use information you find in books on acoustic space design, and design it yourself in a CAD program. Check out the Home Recording Forum. They have a lot of information about seting up and building a studio. I can tell you this much, you don't want to have any parrallel surfaces, and square is bad.
