Moderators:

1. Have already been here a long time
2. Spend WAY too much time on the boards
3. Haven't had arguments with hardly anybody (not easy to do :))
4. Volunteer or are drafted
5. Are approved by all the existing mods (including me)


We are forunate in that we have plenty of really good mods here. That is why this board is so great. They are always keeping an eye on things.
