And I don't understand where all the BS about gay marriage being "a threat to the sanctity of marriaqge and the American way of life" comes from... I mean it's not like if gay marriage is okayed they'll outlaw straight marriage, nor is it like you're going to be sitting around the table praying before dinner when a bunch of gay dudes in leather bust in, blast techno, and gyrate against one another while making passes at all the male family members. It's just as stupid as people believing in the Jim Crow laws, because it's inhibiting the basic rights of a subsection of the American populace, and that's wrong.

I concur. I'll start worrying about what someone else does in bed when I have nothing else to think about. I don't think I would appreciate people ranting about how they disapprove of what I do in bed and I doubt anyone would appreciate me doing just the same. And in the end, really... who gives a ****? If there's a genuine love between two people regardless of the gender, then what is wrong with that? If happiness occurs as a side effect what is wrong with that?
