Yes. Also I feel the punishments given are in the right general area. I believe we need more cops. The only thing I dislike about crime and punishment is minimum mandatory sentences for minor drug offenders. There are too many of those and a new one born every minute. This will inevitably lead to catastrophic overcrowding in our prisons. Not that it isn't bad now.
