Capital punishment is another tricky issue. On the one hand the worst thing that could happen is to be executed when you were actually innocent (this has happened plenty of times). On the other hand, people do atrocious things and deserve to die for them (serial killers, child molesters, OJ).

As for O' Reilly I still think about his hilarious lawsuit. Check this thread. He spreads fear and isolationism. He's about the most close-minded SOB I've ever seen, and I'm sure he makes regular trips to Vietnam to bang toddlers. That's the caliber of douche bag Bill O'Reilly is.
