Bush's overstepping of congress to fight a war was just plain wrong, and IMHO perfectly illustrates perfectly how he has absolutely no regard for how this country is set up to work.
In all fairness, Latvia, Estonia, and Loas have had rocky histories...
Also, take a look at the war powers act, overstepping congress seems "right" according to federal law, so I think we're good.
