it is over oil...it's pretty obvious...but whatever. look into peak oil production sometime.
edit: actually, the reason why gas prices have dropped drastically lately is because of a lack of need for heating oil so far....not nearly as bad as past years so the price of oil has dropped some. global warming does something good for once.
