Sorry for making a new thread. very newbish of me to do, but i couldnt figure out how to search this specific thing. ok when i play guitar, sometimes when i need to play faster stuff theres like this ball of whatever you wanna call it inside the flat of my finger tip, and it sometimes mutes the next string the im about to play. ill try to go into detail about this but it might not work out.

ok if you have your guitar like right next to you...wich you probably do, pick it up and put ur ring finger on the 9th fret of the g string. ok no lean the finger tip towards the high e string til it touches the b string. ok now imagine that ALWAYS happening even when you make your fingertips vertical. how do i stop this or work around it?
