I've taken up playing again after not having played since being a teenager...20 years ago (well, actually a little more! ).Been playing again about 6 months.
I'm now at the stage where I was before ie. practising/learning blues scales. This is where I got stuck all those years ago! I now have the maturity to know I have to do it...but I still find it as boring as ever and end up just getting distracted and end up playing chords or riffs along to some CD instead.
My question is has anybody got any tips, ideas, tricks...games to make practising scales a little more interesting?
Thanks
