Those are chords based in the fallowing scale:
JAPANESE TSISHIKICHO= [1,2,3,4,4#,5,6,6#,7]
F Japanese Tsishikicho= [F, G, A, Bb, B, C, D, D#/Eb, E]
But you are playing the sixth mode of the scale. So here is that mode:

[C, D, D#/Eb, E, F, G, A, Bb, B]

Your chords are:
Cm7=[C,Eb,G,Bb]
Dm7=[D,F,A,C]
Em7=[E,G,B,D]

You can add another chord if you want to:
F=[F,A,C] or
Fmaj7=[F,A,C,E]
Someday I`ll play like in my dreams.
