Which I partially fail to see the point in. From what I've noticed, they're hardly used here and reputation has pretty much become everyone observing each others' personality and style of conversation vs. some green blocks. I don't think anyone would recognize my name any more than they already do if I was to have a few green squares on my name... but maybe it's just me. I've seen some forums that live off the reputation things. Feel free to rebuttle, maybe I'm missing something.
