This is a VERY subjective topic. It's like taking two people who like ham sandwichs. One of whom like his with ham, mayo, and mustard on white bread. While the other likes his with ham, lettuce, tomato, bacon, pesto mayo, and dijon mustard on a toasted bagget(sp?). Just because the later is more complicated and complex doesn't mean it's any better. It just means one person likes it more than the other. In the end they're both just ham sandwiches.
yeah sure everyones got there own choice, but how can you call yourself a chef if all you can do is put a slice of meat between two peices of bread? and then how can u expect to get paid to do that?

btw bille joe armstrong is an execption, though he only plays three or four chords per song, he can play harder stuff. I once saw him NAIL "ain't talking about love"
