This post will get moved but you have have no replies so I will tell you. Its not as hard as it seems. An example

E-1-2-3-4-----------------------------------------
Ok this means that you play 1st 2nd 3rd then 4th fret on the low E String first. Then you play the same on the A, then the D, G, B and E. The whole thing is upside down because thats how you see it when the guitar is in your hands. So, the numbers indicate the fret to be played.
Another Example
E----
B----
G----
D--4-
A--4-
E--2- When they are all of in line like this, they are all to be played at the same time, so you play 4 on the D and A strings and 2 on the E. Its a powerchord.
